Yoga for Total Wellbeing

At YogaNality we have imbibed techniques from the five prime types of yoga. It is advisable to maintain a good balance between these to reap the maximum benefits of this discipline.

Hatha yoga includes Asana, Pranayama, Mudras, Bandhas and Kriyas. At YogaNality we provide training in all these basic aspects. Asana helps in gaining physical fitness, while kriyas cleanse and detox the body. Pranayama, the science of breathing is highly beneficial in managing many diseases. In yoga we learn to control the mind through the breath and body.

Raja Yoga is the yoga of developing and harmonising the mind. We conduct sessions using ancient meditation techniques which are sure to benefit our clients in ways more than one. Meditation is known to increase concentration, willpower, creativity, emotional stability and improve one’s problem solving abilities, decision making and overall immunity while at the same time reducing stress, fear and depression.

Karma Yoga is the yoga of selfless action and Bhakti Yoga is the yoga of the heart. We do try and inspire our clients towards giving to others freely and living in harmony with the rest of humanity and nature.

Jnana Yoga is the yoga of knowledge. At YogaNality we conduct various lectures for intellectual and spiritual growth.
We have also adopted some other techniques such as Yoga Nidra or psychic sleep which is an excellent technique for reducing stress and Nada Yoga which is known as the yoga of sound.
